Dustin is the owner and principal lending manager for Cottonwood Lending Group (CLG), which is a wholesale mortgage brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate financing products. He’s an industry veteran of 17 years working for large direct lending companies during that time until ultimately starting his own mortgage company in 2022. He is a multiple presidents club award winning loan officer and a Scottsman’s Guide top loan officer for volume and units nationwide for 2024-2025 and ranked 247th for mortgage brokers overall.
Robert is a seasoned mortgage loan officer with over 14 years of experience in residential lending and is a two-time President’s Club award winner. He specializes in tailoring loan solutions to fit each client’s financial profile while ensuring a smooth, transparent process. Robert’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to service make him a trusted guide throughout the home financing journey.
Blake is somewhat of a thrill seeker and loves to spend his time outdoors dirt biking or other extreme sports. He's also a very experienced martial artist and has practiced Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing for the last 5 years. When he's not out being adventurous, he's in the office giving his full efforts as a Loan Officer. He's also a critical part of our loan pipeline management for the company and you're likely to hear from him during the process if working with one of our other loan officers as well.
George began working in the mortgage industry in 2010 focusing on government loans such as VA, and FHA. He also has past experience as a realtor and worked for Century 21 in in the South San Francisco bay area. His knowledge of both sides of a purchase transaction makes him an invaluable resource for his clients; he's committed to providing the best experience and helping them chose the best loan options for their needs.
